“Karabakh. A New Page”, the second part of the trilogy, is a continuation of the theme of economic recovery of the territories of Karabakh and Eastern Zangazur liberated from Armenian occupation, which started with the book “Revival”. This time, we focus primarily on the territories Azerbaijan reclaimed as a result of the anti-terror operation carried out in September 2023. After the victorious conclusion of the second Karabakh war in November 2020, this territory was the last stronghold of Armenian separatists. They viewed it as a base for sabotage against the Republic of Azerbaijan, a springboard for new conquests. But these revengeful plans were nipped in the bud. “The Karabakh issue is closed,” president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev confirmed. The people of Karabakh are returning home.
